Is the sentence right?

In the December 2010, the number amounts to 63.51 million whereas the number has increased twice at an amazing speed within 6 months, adding up to 195 million.

63.51 x 2 = 127.02

127.02 x 2 = 254.04

Neither of these is very close to 195 .

The original number more than doubled, but considerably less than "doubled twice."

How about
"In December 2010, there were 63.51 million users. The number increased rapidly, reaching 195 million in only 6 months."
