Is the sentence right?

will it be 'her height is more that that of ram's' or 'her height is more than that of ram' ?

If "ram" is an animal, it needs to be "a ram" or "the ram."
If "Ram" is someone's name, it needs to be capitalized.

And why not just say "She is taller than a ram/the ram/Ram?"
