Is the sentence perfect as it is?

Jenny opens the door. It's Ben. They look at each other a moment. Then Ben asks "Can I come in?" Jenny looks at him another moment, then opens the door fully. Ben steps in, and casually looks around.

1) Is the sentence in bold perfect as it is?
