Is the sentence grammatical?
Hi!
Our organization provides food-related aid to poor families with children, seniors and disabled persons with low income for whom the status of a person of low income or the status of a needy person has been rejected and who, therefore, cannot receive any aid from the state and other social assistance.

Parts of the structure are unclear. It is not clear whether "poor families with ..." is supposed to also govern "seniors and disabled persons" and it is not clear which nouns "with low income" and "for whom ..." are supposed to modify.
