The usage of "isolation" here as a countable noun, when referring to a person (not a micro-organism, for example) would not be standard in the UK. I looked up Merriam Webster and Oxford (US version) and could not see it either.
Is "an isolation" a standard variation in the US for "an isolation room" (or other words which mean "room")?
