Is the sentence grammatical?

"Was there a need to go to bursar's office because of any tuition reimbursement?"

P.S. I am not talking about a specific school and that is why I omitted the article preceding "bursar's office"?

Thanks!

For e.g. Was there a need to go to hospital since your last visit to your physician's office? Should the article be included if the version of English that is being spoken is AmE? Is the

He is in hospital, and He must go to hospital are British uses. In AmE, we always use the article (a or the).

There are certain specific nouns which don't take the article with certain verbs, or in certain circumstances. I believe this is true on both sides of the pond.

go to church; stay at church

go to school; home from school
