Is the sentence fine?

Context: Tammy is trapped in her car inside a parking garage where the exits are blocked. The parking garage is filled with zombies. Tammy is on the phone with her friends, Jill and Stephen.


Tammy: They're coming!

Jill: Who's coming? Tammy? Tammy? / Stephen: Who's coming, Tammy? Tammy?

All they hear is Tammy screaming as she speeds around the parking garage trying to escape the zombies.
