Is the sentence correct? How to correct the sentence? I have a poor English, sorry!

"The person in charge of planning activities of the new TV drama held a fan meeting in a department store square nearby my home, they will choose five people randomly as recipient of sneak peek at the first episode, or taking a picture with all the actors."
