Is the sentence correct?

Hi,It would be great to find out is the sentence correct?
Looking back on my past filled with events and memories,I find it rather difficult to find out what is worring me.

Your using "find" twice, so close together, makes the clause awkward to read. Maybe you should use a different word.

Looking back on my past filled with events and memories,I find it rather difficult to figure out what is worrying me.

Rather than "figure out" you might use "understand" or "comprehend" or "discover."
