Actually, it escaped my attention. Yes, some would say that no fewer than was more appropriate (dolls -- countable). But even if you use no less than, you'll have a lot of company.

I wouldn’t say that it technically should be fewer. I think both are equally correct in AmE, and less is more common.

Fewer/less concern is probably one of those things that is in the state of evolution. As long as I'm alive, however, there will be at least one person who makes the distinction. After that, go for it, guys.
