Is the sentence below clear to you?

I am not sure if this sentence is clear to read. Please advise. Thanks!

Effectively, I was able to cut the customer service's groundwork, which minimized time and cost. This allowed the customer service to file the claim against the carrier’s broker, HEBA to recoup the monetary loss and General Bank to order accordingly to reach its CROP level of inventory.
