Are these sentences correct?

It'll take the time it takes.

What is the difference ?
She wants to sleep when she wants to sleep.
She sleeps when she wants to sleep.

The first is a tautology. As such, it expresses (more or less) her willfulness, her single-mindedness.

I don't think if-statements are ever tautologies, but the sentence is OK.

On second thought, if-statements can be tautologies, but I don't see your example as a tautology.
