Is the phrase ''to fly post sundown'' correct?

Is the phrase to fly post sundown correct''? Won't it be to fly past sundown?

Apparently, the national flag hoisted at the gates of Rajpal Motors showroom in Indore, where the event was held was permitted to fly post sundown, infringing the Indian Penal Code. An FIR was filed against the showroom owner Rakesh Rajpal on August 17.
