Is the phrase 'can be very unsure' correctly used in the sentence?

Is the phrase can be very unsure correctly used in the sentence? Does it not sound cryptic? 

Olga says, "Love can be unsure."

Would it be better if it is replaced with might entail enormous uncertainties?

Olga says, "Love might entail enormous uncertainties."

I understand the second, though it sounds a bit unnatural. I would say, "Love entails uncertainties."
The first doesn't work for me.
