Is the passage correct?

As usual, I have doubts as per the below passage grammar and style. I appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Full automation of your business

Taken online, your business brings money round the clock. The property management software, which your rental portal is based on, automates guest-owner negotiations, accepts payments, tracks the statistics, shows property photos, displays the available/ reserved dates for a property, and what not. The best thing about it is that it requires no involvement from your side.

Money Flow

You may charge property owners for being listed on your rental portal. This is more convenient than to take some commission on every rent. Stable regular income is better than one time commission “jackpots” from rents; at least if you intend to be in the business for a long time. Still, no involvement from your side is needed. Owners can simply pay the membership fee via a built-in credit card processor. You may clean your teeth, sleep, eat, do whatever you want to do; Internet makes no difference when to accept payments from eager property owners to your online account.

<brings money - can earn money>

Would you accept "brings in money"'

<Stable regular - A stable OR A regular income>

"Stable" could mean unchanging in scale/amount there. So, we could use "a regular, stable income".
