I can't hear anything in all that noise.

Yeah, this "epic" music is quite loud. But the narrator seems (I'm not a native speaker so it's hard for me to tell for sure) to speak rather clearly.

So why don't you understand it? This native speaker cannot.

To me, it sounds like:
Magic, to sway the battle's tides......Light, to keep us true....Harsh times require an extraordinary council.

Loyal to each other, or loyal to a cause or leader or group. Loyal to something that is regarded as good and right, anyway.
