Is "the majority of people's first priority" a natural phrase?
I usually search every phrases that I'm not sure. "The majority of people's first priority" is something like that. However, when I googled it, there were only three websites that have used this phrase intact. Therefore, I think there might be some issues with it. For that reason, I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know whether that phrase is acceptable or not.
