Is the highlighted part correct?

Hi,

Is the highlighted part correct?

"The blood samples from the heart were poured into tubes containing EDTA and centrifuged at 3000-2000 rpm for 10 minutes. The plasma was then isolated and placed at -80 ° C until being analyzed."

Any other correction needed?

Thanks!

The analysis has, I guess, happened already? I would therefore use 'until it was analysed'.
