Is the grammatically a correct sentence?

Creon understands that his foolishness “leads” (Creon pg.1060) him to loose something most important than the laws he autonomously created, his family, and how arrogant pride foreshadows his life towards a course of forsaken sorrow.

I suppose it's okay grammatically. There are a couple of words which are probably ill-advised. To "loose" something is to unleash it - let it loose.

To "loose" something is to unleash it - let it loose. You probably mean "lose." That is, to lose his family.
"His family" is in apposition to "something." Personally, I'd set it off with dashes instead of commas.
