Is the grammar used correctly in the paragraph?

My Experience
After graduation, I got a job in ibbl. There my job responsibility was to .... . There I became acquainted with many real world technologies such as ... As a result of testing the software extensively I got such an in-depth idea of the application that I was appointed to train the bankers in different sessions. I did very well there as evidenced by my top rating which were rated by the trainees.

I would not use the abbreviation 'ibbl' (perhaps you did not actually use it)--also, the rest is good, except for the last sentence. Try: "These trainees gave me a top rating for my work."
