Is 'The girl is walking on the street in the red dress.' wrong?

Hello. I have a question. I appreciate your help.
If the girl is walking on the street and she is in the red dress, can I say 'The girl is walking on the street in the red dress.'?

'The girl in the red dress is walking on the street.' or 'The girl is walking on the street wearing the red dress.' sound better.
But I really need to know if 'The girl is walking on the street in the red dress.' is also right. Thank you for your help.
