0 It's not incorrect, as such, it just sounds clunky. I think I would tend to say "He's right to do so" or if it's a casual conversation "He's right to do that". 0-

Lil' Ruby is spot on. It is a common enough British sort of construction. I am troubled by the phrase "grammatically correct".
