Is the following sentence correct?

"Are you having concerns of there being another attack?"
or
"Are you having concerns of there could be another attack?"

The grammar is OK, but as so often happens, it is not what we say. If you are not happy with teechr's, then use this common variation:

Are you worried about another attack?
