is the following sentence correct?

I was playing the video game named counter strike

at the beginning of the round the leader says ''This is bandit country, shoot everything them moves''

I think he must use ''that'' instead of ''them''. Must not he?

Capitalize titles of games. I was playing the video game named Counter Strike.

At the beginning of the round, the leader says, "This is bandit country. Shoot everything that moves."

It has to be "that."

Must not he? is not an acceptable sentence. Use the contraction: Mustn't he? We would probably use "should."
