Is the following question and answer correct? (9-4)

Hi teachers,
According to this text:
“I hope that woman is going to stop talking,” Deborah says loudly. “We aren’t going to hear the opera singers if she keeps on talking,” she says even more loudly.
Is the following question and answer correct?
What’s going to happen if the woman doesn’t stop talking?
They aren’t to hear the opera singers.
