Is the following grammar correct? thanx!

Hi,
Is the following grammar correct?

Just wandering if you managed to secure a flight for me which leaves on 16th, May?

Especially in terms of mixing past tense ('you managed...') with present tense ('which leaves ...')

thanks,

Lee

Very good informal reminder. Just a few suggestions: Just wondering (not: wander) if you have managed (perhaps the present perfect is "better") to secure/ to book a flight for me that leaves on May 16th? / to secure/book a May 16th flight for me?
