Is the following clause correct?

"A ninety square meter house in the village..."

By "ninety square meter", I'm trying to say that the house occupies ninety square meters of horizontal land space.

Should it be:
a. ninety square meter house
b. ninety square meters house
c. ninety-square-meter house
d. ninety-square-meters house
