Is the fallowing title of the Documentary poll correct...I mean without any grammar mistakes etc...?

You mean, "following."

"Fallow" describes a farmer's field which is not currently growing crops.

"Fall" and "follow" are pronounced the same way,

but "fallow" is pronounced like "fat." Go figure!
