is the example grammatically wrong?

In the example:
(This is not a writing but a transcript)

He has given us a lot, more full picture of dinosaurs of the East Coast.

If there is ‘a’ before ‘more,’ I think, we call ‘a lot’ is in apposition with ‘a more~.’
But we don’t have in the sentence; then, is the example grammatically wrong?

Take out the comma, and you have

He has given us a lot more full picture of dinosaurs of the East Coast.

This is incorrect, but can easily be fixed. more full = fuller

He has given us a lot fuller picture of dinosaurs of the East Coast.
