Is the construction correct?

I am not having any problems in dealing with my colleagues.

Or Is it better to say

I am not having any problem in dealing with my colleagues.

I am wondering is using "any problems" in a sentence gramatically correct?

One can have many problems in dealing with people! Communication problems, problems in agreeing on something, clashes in characters, and so on. Either singluar or plural is OK!

"any problems" is fine.

Both versions are acceptable. I personally prefer the first.
