Can someone please point out the inaccuracies in the below letter

Dear Sir

I purchased an Iphone on 1st November 2014 (invoice no. XYZ123). The Iphone is covered under warranty until 1st November 2015.

The Iphone has the following problem:
The Iphone does not turn on even if it is kept on charging on. However, the charger is functioning well and has no issues.

I would be grateful if you could look into this matter for me and do the needful.
