Is the apastrophe necessary?

Hi!
Is the underlined apastrophe necessary? Or should it be just "body"?


Our clinic now has an innovative diagnostic device, PEARL TTC, which enables one to perform a wide spectrum of facial and body’s skin diagnostics for treatment- or cosmetic-related reasons.
