Is "that" in this sentence a Relative Pronoun?

"Words are likely to be used that say when the event happened"," I wish that too" and "I have checked those photos that you sent to me" .I mean is "that" in these sentences representing Relative Pronoun/Clauses or Is is this "that" is categorized as This,that,those,these?Can I say " I wish those too" or "I have checked those photos those you sent to me".Are those 3 sentences which I bolded that representing Relative Pronoun?
