Is that how it is?

Hi,

I was googling for this website and came up with this partial sentence in an article.

... to create over 1.5 hrs of cartoons with spoken conversation and ...

Can I make it like these? Please check for accuracy regarding the transformation and the articles that go along with it. Are they correct?

Other possibilities??

1. (No transformation and thus no article) ... to create over 1.5 hrs of cartoons with spoken English for adult learners and ...

2. (A good transformation and thus an article) ... create over 1.5 hrs of cartoons with a spoken English that is geared for poor adult learners and ...
