Is that correct please?

Is this sentence correct?

The system has fully replaced its predecessor and is now being used by all bank's branch users and call center users.

I want to say that the new IT system replaced the legacy system and that everybody now uses the new system.

You could also say eg The new IT system replaced the legacy system and everybody now uses it.
