Is that correct?

"The best way to describe you is through the fact that one day you just meet someone special, someone so perfect in every way that no matter what happens, you know that there will be this person who will be always by your side. I'm very lucky to have such person." Is this sentence correct?

It is possible to understand what it is intended to mean, but it is not very well constructed in places. " does not logically seem to be a means of describing someone. The second sentence should read "I'm very lucky to have such a person".
