Is that computer available? ("Free" might be inquiring about the charge.)

Is that seat occupied/taken?

Please get off the computer. I want to use it. (This is fine.)

You need to explain what you mean by "completely free." Your party was alone on the bus?

"We had the bus to ourselves."

Thank you Avangi.

I do not mean my party was alone but I mean there was no rush as usual. Usually the whole seats would have occupied and even some people would have standing on the gangway.

And about "vacant seats", is that incorrect to use?
