Is that a slang?

From time to time I encounter, to be honest mainly at reply sections on websites, people who write: "me thinks that.."

Is it a slang? is it correct?

And second when I write "at reaply sectio", is the word at is rightly put?

Thank you

Very interesting clarification, thank you for that.

I correct myself: is it grammatically correct to write: "I have seen degrogative replies at the reply section on this website"?
