is Supposed to = is said OR is believed OR is expected OR ... ?

Please someone tell me what is the exact meaning of "is supposed to" ? Does it have different meanings in different situations?What are that meanings?

Did you try your dictionary? Mine says this:

be supposed to: to have to; to have a duty or a responsibility to. The children are supposed to be at school by 8.45 a.m. What are you doing out of bed - you're supposed to be asleep. You're not supposed (= allowed) to park here.

The other meaning you suggest is the passive voice of suppose: to believe or assume
