Is "such that" correctly used in this sentence?

Hi,

Is "such that" make sense in the sentence below?

"The ELISA kit was used to assess the concentration of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine such that 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine protein first reacts with the anti-8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine monoclonal antibody in the pre-coated microplate walls and then with the anti-8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine biotin-labeled antibody to bind streptavidin and form an immunity complex.

Thanks!
