Do you have the medical equipment that can provide a conclusive diagnostic or I need to go to a specialized control in a hospital?

This insurance card has not been updated yet but I'm being covered by the insurance company of my country. I can prove that I live here and I have a registered address, either they can charge my insurance company or me as that I live here.
