Is S.O. a common abreviation for 'Secondary School'

A friend of mine sends me an email using S.O as an abbreviation for 'Secondary school'. I had no idea what she was talking about. Is that her own invented abbreviation just to be quick or the acronym is known in English Speaking countries?.
