Is "that" omittable?



accept, acknowledge, agree, appreciate, admit, resent, bother, realize,
learn, find out, discover, know, recognize,
From these verbs, are there any verbs with which "that" can't be omitted?


For example, we have a sentence "I accept that he joins this club." Is "that" omittable in this sentence?

Isuppose that it depends to some extent on register, but an omitted that sounds wrong to me for accept, acknowledge, appreciate, resent, bother (passive-- I am bothered that he joined ) and recognize . This is a very personal list of dislikes, perhaps.

Or could you say without "that" the sentence would sound more like spoken language or slang, but is still correct?
