Is "around" wrong?
Hi!
I have come across the follwing question asking students to point out the incorrect word. "Around" is the "answer."
True, other words are perfectly all right. But it seems to me that "around" is also acceptable.
What do you think?
(1) (a)As a matter of fact, several (b)highly successful and entertaining TV shows have been built (c)around the subject (d)of how to use English correctly.
