Context:
Though treated by a physician, it is clear that Hitler never underwent any sort of psychological evaluation, as most of his problems could have easily been treated with medicine and therapy. It is perhaps more astounding that later in his life, delusional thoughts from Parkinson's and schizophrenia, along side an ever more deteriorating mind from drugs, was capable of causing so much death and destruction. It is clear that those that are culpable for evaluating Hitler's mental health failed more than Hitler himself.
If cognitive therapy was
preformed to tackle the fears that Hitler attained as a young child, his compulsive and erratic behavior could have been avoided. In some ways these sort of therapies could have alleviated the majority of fears Hitler possessed during World War two, that is, fear of not performing, fear of death, and the fear of being disliked or humiliated. It would have also been pertinent to correctly treat his Parkinson's disease, in order to curve Hitler's delusional mind.
