Is "plant menu" okay?

Hi!
Is the underlined words understandable? They should mean and describe that this restaurant offers dishes prepared only from plants, vegetables (raw foodism).

Our restaurant welcomes you to try our plant menu full with products more than rich in nutrients and prepared with innovative cooking techniques.

Thanks!

The words "plant" and "menu" cannot be used together like this (other examples of words that can't be put together are: ocean car, tree boat, bird clothes). The passage might be better worded something like the following: Our restaurant welcomes you to try our raw food/vegetarian/vegan menu, filled with items teeming in nutrients, and prepared with the most innovative cooking techniques.
