Is phrase correct?

With the guidance from the priest etched in our minds/hearts, let us do our best to propagate ABC religion.

Is the part in bold correct? Should it be 'hearts' or 'minds'? If the sentence is not correctly phrased, please rewrite it for me.

Many thanks.

Both "minds" and "hearts" work. You could also use both: "etched in our hearts and minds". "...

  • Both "minds" and "hearts" work.
  • You could also use both: "etched in our hearts and minds".
  • "...
  • let us do our best to spread the ABC religion " seems more natural to me.
