IS "passive voice"+"and"+"active voice" POSSIBLE?

Hello everyone,

After years of studying English and in English it's so funny that I still find my self overwhelmed by "and" grammar. May you please tell me which sentence is grammatically correct? I will be so thankful.

This group of women may not even be recognized by surveillance systems, and therefore they won’t receive any help.

Both of your examples are correct. You certainly can connect active clauses and passive clauses with the conjunction "and".
