is over vs is flying over

How would you correctly express this please?
Which is natural?

The plane is right over Chicago right now.
The plane is flying over Chicago right now.

They are both acceptable, but I would use 'directly over' in place of 'right over' in the first to avoid the inelegant two rights ,
