Is or Does

Dear all,
I need your assistance in the following sentences please:
Is it correct to say "Is Alex at work today?" OR "Does Alex at work today?"
Is it correct to say "Is Mike coming tonight?" Or "Does Mike coming tonight"?
is it correct to say "Is Marie invited for the wedding?" OR "Does Marie invited for the wedding"?
What shall I use Is or Does when I am asking if somebody coming or available .....etc

Thank you for your help. Could you explain how can I use verb to be "is or are" with past form like invited?
